I’m Olesija Saue — Executive Brand Architect, NLP Master Practitioner, former CEO of Forbes Estonia, and a strategist for high-impact personal brands that close deals before you walk into the room.

For the past two decades, I’ve worked at the intersection of business, visibility, and transformation — guiding founders, C-level leaders, and traditional executives to own their voice, amplify their influence, and build personal brands that are investor-trusted, media-worthy, and impossible to ignore.

Today, I run a high-impact personal branding agency Maximizer, and pursue my PhD  in AI-powered visibility — exploring how technology can scale executive presence while preserving authenticity and trust.

My Story

In my early 20s, I was running a steel plant and managing international deals. By 25, I had built a thriving company — and thought I’d made it. Then the financial crisis of 2008 hit. Within months, I lost everything.

That moment broke me — and built me.

I started over from scratch. And in doing so, I discovered the most powerful asset anyone can own: their true identity and voice. I rebuilt not just my business, but my brand. And with it, I built a mission-driven path to help others do the same.

Since then, I’ve guided hundreds of founders, executives, and organizations in activating their visibility and amplifying their leadership. I’ve led Forbes Estonia, written bestselling books, and helped personal brands become strategic assets that open doors and drive results.
